The Value Line Story

Kenya’s real estate market in 2012 was growing fast, but the advisory landscape had not kept pace. Clients were making critical property decisions without access to reliable guidance, transparent processes, or advisors who genuinely prioritised their interests over the next transaction. Real estate felt transactional because, for most firms, it was.

Two professionals saw that gap and chose to do something about it. Not by building the biggest firm, but by building the right one.
